Market Takeaways - The Median sales price in Kootenai county is $547,500 according to the Coeur d'Alene Regional REALTORS®. The number of homes sold increased by 3.6% compared to this time last year. Available inventory from this time last year has decreased by 0.8% (less homes means less supply which could increase demand). Inventory from September 2025 to October 2025 decreased 10.3% which is a huge drop, but is pretty standard for the CDA market as it does have some seasonality with it.
