The real estate market is still operating strong in Kootenai County. With the Medial sales price up 4.3%. The number of homes sold increased by 2.4% compared to this same time last year and available inventory has decreased by 2.1%. Great news for sellers, the average days on market between when a home hit the market and was closed was 92 days, which is actually down 3.2% from November last year!
