Corbin Crossings

A newer, nicely planned neighborhood that offers clean, modern homes.

Welcome to Corbin Crossings

Corbin Crossing in Rathdrum is a newer, nicely planned neighborhood that offers clean, modern homes built by reputable builders like Hayden Homes and Copper Basin. It has that fresh, well-kept feel, with a mix of single-story and two-story floor plans and prices that generally run in the higher $400Ks and up. The location is a big plus — you get the quieter, small-town vibe of Rathdrum while still being just a short drive from Coeur d’Alene and Post Falls, so it’s easy to balance peaceful living with everyday convenience.

The trade-offs are mostly what you’d expect from a newer subdivision: homes tend to sit on moderate-sized lots, and the neighborhood is still growing into its mature landscaping and long-term character. But overall, Corbin Crossing is a great fit if you want a newer home in a calm, friendly area without being too far from bigger-city amenities.
